The content below was provided by BrakeExpert and is posted with his expressed permission.

Did you always wanted a Big Brake Kit for your Honda Civic or Acura Integra, but couldn’t afford it? Now we got some information on how you can save yourself some extra change by upgrading your 10 inch brake rotors to 12 inch brake rotors.

Here are some information and a picture of how the BrakeExpert made it possible to put NSX calipers on a Honda Civic.

to 97-05 NSX (2pot)
Take the EX/Si knuckle (with bearing and hub) and bolt on the knuckles. Get the caliper mounting bracket, grinded 1.5mm off of the surface where it mounts to the knuckle. Get 2004 RSX Type-S rotors re-drilled to fit the 4×100 hub. Remove the overhead pad spring from the 91-96 NSX caliper body. Take the 91-96 NSX calipers, modified 99-00 RL brackets, 2004 RSX Type-S rotors, and 99-00 RL pads and swap them onto the Civic DX.
