An Important Update For Our Customers Regarding COVID-19

These past few days, we have been navigating uncharted waters, just as most of you have been. Our hearts go out to those who are impacted by COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

As part of our commitment during this period, our team is continuously responding to information from local and national health agencies and taking action to minimize the risk to our customers and employees. We will take an extra precautionary step that we believe is in the best interests of our customers and our employees.

To ensure the safety of our customers and our employees, we have instituted several different measures. We have adopted an extra vigilant cleaning protocol to ensure that the factories that our parts are made, our storefront, and our company workplaces remain free of contaminants. Each day, all of our facilities undergo a deep cleaning process with special attention to frequently touched surfaces. We have some team members working remotely from home and are continuing to send more individuals home as we get them situated. We also postponed gatherings of 10 or more for the next couple of weeks to minimize close contact with others. Our online store remains open at www.r1concepts.com, open 24/7.

The situation we are all in is challenging and constantly changing, we will work hard to continue to get orders out as fast as possible. There may be some delays in shipping.
