This year, R1 Concepts took a step back from the flashy and leaned into the heart of the season. Our team handcrafted a stunning nativity scene using recyclable materials and silhouettes, bringing the story of Christmas to life in a meaningful and creative way. It was simple, beautiful, and deeply symbolic of the values we hold close: community, imagination, and tradition.
For the first time, over 300 R1 team members gathered under one roof at our new 300,000 square foot facility. It was more than a party. It was a celebration of unity and progress. Despite one of the biggest moves in company history, the team didn’t miss a single day of operation. That kind of commitment deserved to be celebrated.
Looking back on 21 years of R1 Concepts, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. What started as a small operation is now one of the largest brake companies in the world. The Christmas party was a chance to honor that journey, appreciate the people who made it possible, and look ahead to what’s next.
