Cherry Picker Operator

• Manage and process pick ticket orders

• Ensure that picked orders are accurate 

• Pull parts from designated bin locations based on pick tickets and quality requirements

• Load parts onto sorting tables in preparation for packing and shipping

• Ensure order accuracy before products are staged for packing or shipping

• Communicate with the lead and supervisor regarding any issues or discrepancies

• Safely operate MHE (e.g. pack mule, cherry picker)

• Ensure department daily goals are met

• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Follow all safety protocols in compliance with department policies, as well as federal and state regulations

• Understand and adhere to organizational and department policy and procedures while always maintaining professionalism

• Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills as the company continues to grow

• Assist in other warehouse departments as needed

• Minimum 1 year cherry picker experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to utilize RF scanners and tablets

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and department manuals

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Attendance at work and punctuality are an essential function of this position

• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and work in hot or cold temperatures

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
