Cherry Picker Operator

• Pick and pull parts, pack, audit, and distribute to assigned quality control technician

• Accurately scan and verify to ensure the correct product was picked

• Examine parts for any damage

• Verify that all labels on the parts and packaging are correct as per company policy

• Efficiently and accurately meet all department goals and quotas

• Operate handling equipment and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Follow all safety protocols in compliance with department policies, as well as federal and state regulations

• Understand and adhere to organizational and department policy and procedures while always maintaining professionalism 

• Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills as the company continues to grow

• Assist in other warehouse duties as needed

• Minimum of 1 year cherry picker experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse

• Experience working with automotive brake parts

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and department manuals

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Attendance at work and punctuality are an essential function of this position

• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and work in hot or cold temperature

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
