Cycle Count Clerk

• Perform regular cycle counting processes

• Verify inventory counts by comparing physical counts to inventory records

• Consolidate inventory

• Record and report inventory values using warehouse management system

• Ensure accurate labeling and organization of stock in designated locations

• Assist with inventory audits 

• Communicate discrepancies or inventory issues to the Inventory Supervisor

• Deliver products to appropriate personnel while ensuring all pathways are kept clear

• Maintain 99% accuracy levels

• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Follow all safety protocols in compliance with department policies, as well as federal and state regulations

• Understand and adhere to organizational and department policy and procedures while always maintaining professionalism

• Assist in other warehouse departments as needed

• Minimum 1 year cherry picker experience

• Minimum 1 year cycle count experience

• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data

• Basic math and recording abilities

• Cherry picker certified and able to operate safely and efficiently 

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and department manuals

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Attendance at work and punctuality is an essential function of this position

• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and work in hot or cold temperatures

Hourly Rate: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
