Cherry Picker Operator

• Manage and process pick ticket orders

• Pull products from shelves and inspect for any damage before processing

• Load and unload shipments, packing items onto racking systems efficiently and accurately

• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation

• Maintain all order accuracy while ensuring a clean and organized work environment

• Assemble and package item kits based on customer or company specifications

• Deliver products to appropriate personnel while keeping pathways clear

• Safely operate MHE (e.g. pack mule, cherry picker)

• Assist with labeling and packaging processes as needed

• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Follow all safety protocols in compliance with department policies, as well as federal and state regulations

• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures while always maintaining professionalism

• Participates in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills as the company continues to grow

• Assist in other warehouse departments as needed

• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience

• Minimum 1 year cherry picker experience

• Ability to utilize tablet and scanner systems for inventory and order processing

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and department manuals

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Attendance at work and punctuality are an essential function of this position

• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and work in hot or cold temperatures

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
