    These items are Original Equipment specifications and will NOT require any type of additional modifications. However, we do recommend the use of new brake pads.
  • Will I get a tracking number?
    We will email you a tracking number when all items are shipped.
  • What is your Warranty Policy?
    365 days warranty (1-year). We will replace your brake rotors after inspection for any warping or manufactured defects. Buyers are responsible for all returns; shipping, duties and/or custom fee. Warranty will not be granted if any signs of abuse or if the rotor(s) has reach it's minimum thickness. And cannot be transferred to new owner or to different parts.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    We offer 60 days return policy starting the day buyer receives the item(s). Item(s) being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc. All shipping expenses including duty and/or custom feeds will be paid by the buyer.   • What brand are the rotors?
    The rotors are R1 Concepts Brand.
  • Where are the rotors made?
    Our exclusive manufacturer has plants and casting facilities throughout Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Asia. All machining, plating, and quality control is finalize locally in California.
  • What is the warranty on these rotors?

    Eline Series: 1 year on warping, Lifetime on manufacturer defects such as cracking.

    Premier Series: - 1 year on warping, Lifetime on manufacturer defects such as cracking.

    Rotor must be within the minimum thickness. This warranty does not apply to mileage, accidents, abnormal operations, or improper installation or service. In no event will R1Concepts be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort.

  • Are these the actual photos of the rotors?
    The photos are generic display pictures. The rotors are factory fitment and specification according to year, model, and trim listed.
  • I see that you have quite a few different rotors for my vehicle. What is the difference between the silver ones (E-Line) Rotors vs. the ones with the black center (Premier)?

    ELINE SERIES

    • G3000 Iron:  The E-Line Series uses an iron grade of G3000, which is great for those who are looking for a moderate upgrade from their original braking system.
    • Silver Zinc:  The E-Line Series Cross-Drilled, Slotted, and Cross-Drilled and Slotted rotors come with a silver zinc plating throughout the rotor and are not two-toned in color. Silver zinc is applied to the rotors to help against rust.
    • Warranty:  1 year on warping, one year on manufacturer defects such as cracking.  (1 time replacement).  Rotors must be within minimum thickness.  

    PREMIER SERIES

    • G3500 Iron:  The Premier Series uses high carbon which results in a stronger rotor that can handle more demanding driving styles and conditions. Premier Rotors uses G3500 iron grade casting.
    • Center Split Casting:  Premier rotors have better air flow because they are built with a 50/50 center split vane structure design (some also comes curved vane and columned) for efficient air distribution to reduce the chance of heat spots.
    • Electro Coating:  In addition, the Premier Series rotors uses a black electro-coating process that gives the rotor a two-tone color finish which will also help against rust on the center hub, inner vane structure and outer rim of rotor. This coating cannot be easily scratched or removed.
    • Warranty:  1 year on warping, 1 year on manufacturer defects such as cracking.  Rotors must be within minimum thickness.
  • Will there be duty fees to ship to Canada?
    Shipments to Canada will be subject to brokerage and duty fees.
  • Is there a warranty on pads?

    We do offer a Limited Time 30 day Warranty that covers any manufacturer defects. This warranty does not apply to mileage, accidents, abnormal operations, or improper installation or service. In no event will R1Concepts be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort.

  • What is your return policy?

    Items returned for reasons other than defect or R1 Concepts error must be made within 60 days of the purchase. The items must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product.” R1 Concepts will not return or cover the shipping costs.

    We do not accept returns on the following:

    • Used products
    • Custom-made products
    • Out of warranty products
    • Items shipped via truck freight
  • How long does your rotors last?

    The life of the rotors is based on the drivers’ vehicle, driving habits, vehicle usage, and environment. To extend the life of rotors, make sure you properly install the rotors and follow the bed-in instructions.

  • What are the lowest dust pads?

    The Posi-Quiet Ceramic pads are great for those who are looking for the lowest dust possible.

    The Posi-Quiet Semi-Metallic/Metallic pads offer better stopping power when compared to the Ceramic pads. The drawback is that the Semi-Metallic/Metallic pads produce more brake dust.

    The Posi-Quiet Extended Wear pads offer good stopping power with light-medium dust. They have a long life but don’t sacrifice stopping performance.

    If you’re looking for overall stopping performance and brake dust isn’t a concern, we recommend the Stoptech Performance Street Pads or the Hawk HPS pads. Both Stoptech and Hawk Pads are geared towards performance minded consumer who wants the ultimate stopping power.

  • Did you ever have any problems with these rotors cracking?

    There are very rare occurrences to which consumers have reported that their Drilled or Drilled and Slotted rotors have stress crack near the drilled holes. This is mainly due to excessive use of the brakes or the rotors are passed its minimum thickness point.

  • Do you speak Spanish or have any Spanish speakers?

  • I placed an order online; can I pick up my purchase?

    If you are local or would rather pick up your order, we do have will-call and can accommodate your needs. We ask that you call us before visiting to confirm your order for pickup.

  • How do your rotors compare to other that I see online? What makes your rotors different?

    State of the Art Machining: We machine our rotors in-house using state –of- the -art CNC machinery. Our processes follow strict procedures which include drilling between each rotor vane. Doing so will allow the rotor to maintain its structural integrity while increasing the overall performance of the rotor. We utilize smaller diameter drill bits for smaller diameter holes and each hole is countersunk to add strength.

    Mill Balanced & Double Disc Grinding: Rotors are mill balanced and doubled disc grinded to reduce vibration and create an even wear through the life of the rotor. Before products are shipped, they are manually and thoroughly inspected for any defects.

  • I only received one package, but I purchased a set of front and rear rotors. What do I do?

    This is very common. Where applicable and possible, we ship our products via USPS because it could be the fastest route. We utilize USPS’s Flat rate box system so you will receive multiple packages. The post office may have processed one of the multiple boxes sooner than the rest of your order.

  • I love your products and was wondering if you can sponsor me and my car?

  • I live in Canada, but I have an address in the US that I can pick up my packages from. Can you ship to that address instead?

    Yes, when placing your order over the phone please notify your sales representative that the shipping address is different from the billing if not mentioned. Placing the order online does give you an option to manually enter the desired shipping address.

  • Do you charge Tax for out of state buyers?

    All purchases are subject to California state sales tax if the shipping destination is within California. Out of state shipments will not be charge tax.

  • What is the shipping time for my order?

    Shipping time will depend on your location. The shipping time to west coast states is approximately 1-3 business days, for central states 2-4 business days, and east coast states is approximately 4-5 business days.

  • Once I place an order, how long does it take before my order ships?

    The processing time for orders is 24hrs to 72hrs after purchase before it is ready for shipment. Orders placed before 5:00pm PST will go through processing the same day. (Excludes Weekends and holidays).

  • What shipping companies or carriers do you use?

    We use UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) as our main shippers.

  • Do you ship to other countries?

    Yes, we offer international shipping. For international shipping rates, please contact us directly.

  • How do I do an exchange or return?

  • What is the procedure for a warranty claim for the rotors?

    The rotors do come with a one year warranty against warping. If you believe the rotors to be warped, we can file a warranty claim for you. Please note that before we can file a warranty claim for warped rotors, we will need a copy of a brake report from a certified auto shop or dealership. We will need the report to indicate exactly which rotor or rotors are warped with measurements. To file a claim, please give our customer service a call directly at 888-712-6623 Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm PST.

  • Do I need to make changes or do any modifications in order to install the drilled/slotted rotors?

    No. The drilled/slotted rotors will not require any modifications to your vehicle. The rotors are direct replacement and will work with the factory calipers.

  • My brakes are "squeaky" and squealing. How can I stop this?

    Please keep in mind that modern brakes pads are formulated to minimize noise but due to its nature, there is never any guarantee against "squealing". Even if you use the same pads on two identical cars, one can experience squeaking and the other may not. Brake pads are wear and tear products and noise does not mean the pads are bad or defective. There are many variables when it comes to noise and its occurrence can be completely random. Here are some steps that you can take to help remedy brake noise.

    • Check for loose parts. Loose parts will vibrate and can cause noise.
    • Apply anti-squeal compound or paste to the back of the pads.
    • Try different brake pad compound/material.
  • I ordered rotors with EBC pads but only received rotors?

    On certain models, the EBC pads will get drop ship directly from EBC’s warehouse in Nevada. The drop shipment of the pads can take EBC 1-3 business days to process. Therefore, you may receive the EBC pads in a different shipment.

  • I ordered rotors with Hawk pads but only received rotors?

    On certain models, the Hawk pads will get drop ship directly from Hawk’s warehouse in Ohio. The drop shipment of the pads can take EBC 1-3 business days to process. Therefore, you may receive the Hawk pads in a different shipment.
