Seeking Automotive Parts Sales Rep!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an aggressive sales person looking to work in a fast paced environment along with other automotive enthusiasts?&nbsp; If so, we&#8217;re<strong> LOOKING FOR YOU!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate for this position will have a sound experience in automotive brake systems and parts, a &#8216;Hunter&#8217; mentality when it comes to prospecting and selling, exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.<\/p>\n<p>Being an automotive enthusiast is definitely a plus!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new business for the store by maintaining\/up-selling existing accounts, phone prospecting, networking, gaining referrals, and cold calling<\/li>\n<li>Achieve realistic sales quotas<\/li>\n<li>Participate in periodic sales meetings<\/li>\n<li>Complete all paperwork and follow established store procedures from initiation through completion for initiation of a new account<\/li>\n<li>Manage all sales activities through a customer relationship management tracking means<\/li>\n<li>Submit sales reports to supervisor and management as required<\/li>\n<li>Attend weekend trade shows &amp; car shows as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of automotive brake systems<\/li>\n<li>A &#8216;Hunter&#8217; sales mentality and practice<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>2 years of sales or marketing experience within the Automotive Parts industry.<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience with routine cold calling.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts business in a professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate computer skills with MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary is based on experience and job performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid training and development<\/li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities with management potential<\/li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage available after orientation period<\/li>\n<li>Paid vacation after orientation period<\/li>\n<li>Sick days after orientation period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit resumes to careers@r1concepts.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"R1 Concepts Now Hiring!
