Our team handcrafted a stunning nativity scene using recyclable materials and silhouettes, bringing the story of Christmas to life in a meaningful and creative way. It was simple, beautiful, and deeply symbolic of the values we hold close: community, imagination, and tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first time, over 300 R1 team members gathered under one roof at our new 300,000 square foot facility. It was more than a party. It was a celebration of unity and progress. Despite one of the biggest moves in company history, the team didn\u2019t miss a single day of operation. That kind of commitment deserved to be celebrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking back on 21 years of R1 Concepts, it&#8217;s incredible to see how far we&#8217;ve come. What started as a small operation is now one of the largest brake companies in the world. The Christmas party was a chance to honor that journey, appreciate the people who made it possible, and look ahead to what\u2019s next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the festive music to the handcrafted decorations and heartfelt speeches, this year\u2019s Christmas party wasn\u2019t just an event.
