Why is Shipping Delayed?

Many shippers and suppliers around the country, including R1 Concepts, are currently experiencing delays in their shipping and/or product availability. 

This is due to constraints related to Covid. Because of this, you may experience longer than usual shipping delays and/or encounter products that are temporarily unavailable.

This does not, however, change our commitment to you. R1 Concepts is committed to providing you with the best possible service, brake products, and brake accessories including a huge selection and everyday competitive prices.

Visit our website and click on My Account (on the top right) to sign in. Once you’ve signed in, click on Update Profile (shown below in red) to ensure that we have your most recent email address and/or phone number.
