Customer Support Representative for Automotive Parts Manufacturer

Automotive parts manufacturer and eCommerce retailer looking for a full time customer support representative to work in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate for this position should be customer oriented and have strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written skills.
Being an automotive enthusiast is definitely a plus!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Answer customer support phone calls, emails, and/or live chat via call center.

Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills

Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications

Working knowledge of automotive brake systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills

Conducts business in a professional manner

Intermediate computer skills with MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc)

Decision-making, problem resolution and creative problem-solving skills

Must have atleast 2 years experience in customer service industry
