Refund Policuy
We offer all of our items with 30 days return policy when buyer receives the item. Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc. We will not issue a refund for items that has been used, installed, or missing other items. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back. We are not responsible for any custom entry and duty fees associated with any returns or exchanges for international buyers; this will be charged to the buyer.
There will be a 20% restocking fee from the sales price (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by R1 Concepts Inc.). Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued as same payment type (paypal or credit card) or by company check.
Warranty Policy
We offer 90 days warranty against cracking or warping for all brake rotors. For all other parts, we offer 30 days warranty.
