Will these products require additional modifications or new brake calipers?
These items are Original Equipment specifications and will NOT require any type of additional modifications. However, we do recommend the use of new brake pads.
Will I get a tracking number?
We will email you a tracking number when all items are shipped.
What is your Warranty Policy?
365 days warranty (1-year). We will replace your brake rotors after inspection for any warping or manufactured defects. Buyers are responsible for all returns; shipping, duties and/or custom fee. Warranty will not be granted if any signs of abuse or if the rotor(s) has reach it's minimum thickness. And cannot be transferred to new owner or to different parts.

What is your Return Policy?
We offer 60 days return policy starting the day buyer receives the item(s). Item(s) being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc. All shipping expenses including duty and/or custom feeds will be paid by the buyer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Orders typically leave our Southern California warehouse within 1-2 business days after your purchase. We use UPS to ship your package and the time to arrival will depend on the shipping speed selected and your location. If your order is $99 or more, you can choose UPS ground for free shipping (arrives in 3-5 business days)
International Location UPS/USP:
Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. UPS/USPS may ask to collect taxes/duties; please contact your local UPS/USPS office or local government for details. R1 concepts is not responsible for any tax or duty fees.
If you need to return for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service at 888-712-6623 Mon-Fri, 6:30am – 6:00pm PST and Sat 8am – 3pm PST. You can also contact us via LiveChat on our website. Customer service will answer all your concerns as well as provide you with a return authorization number.
We offer a 30-day return policy starting the day the buyer receives the item(s). Item(s) being return must be in brand new condition including all boxes, hardware, manuals and accessories. We will provide a pre-paid UPS return label only for item(s) received broken, defective, or incorrect due to data error and has not been used or assembled within the 30 day period. We are unable to reimburse anything paid outside our company if you do decide to return and pay on your own for return shipping. Items returned for reasons other than the ones stated will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label.
Return for Exchange/Refund
If a purchased item does not fit, please do not force or alter the part to make it fit. Doing so can damage the part, your car, or cause injury to yourself. R1 Concepts is not responsible for any costs exceeding the cost of the part, and we will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified. Return for exchange may take 3-5 business days to process before shipment. If applicable, the customer must pay any part price difference before an exchange can be process.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is due to our mistake. If you refuse delivery or if the carrier returns a shipment because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All return for refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee except for when the following conditions apply:
We shipped the wrong merchandise.
The merchandise was damaged during shipping.
The merchandise is defective.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If you received a damage shipment, please contact us immediately. We will report and file a claim with the appropriate carrier and proceed accordingly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or r1concepts.com error must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipments received without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
