I have a modded ZX5 Focus that is my Daily Driver/Show Car and I beat on it hard everyday. These brakes have outperformed many other brands such as KVR, Bembro and even killed the OEM Front Brakes as they died at 11,000KM. I stop on a dime in Rain, Slush, Snow, Mud and also from High Speeds on the Highway & Track Days. I refer everyone and anyone who needs brakes because the quality is there and the price is right!!

Installed all four rotors with premium, cross drilled and slotted. OEM rears squealed, even with pad replacements. Problem solved! Also install Posi Quiet pads all around.
Over 20k miles later, not a sound, and braking performance is still perfect. I'm visiting again to get front pads in stock, since they're getting a bit low, so will likely need replacing in a few months. Rears have plenty of pad left.
I drove the car pretty hard over two years, so I'm pleased how long the pads are lasting. I'm not even shopping around, but heading straight to R1 to purchase again.

I put 42000 miles on the brakes and rotors. I just swapped them out for the PREMIUM cross drilled and slotted rotors. When I replaced the brakes and rotors for the premium ones i noticed that the rears looked like they were barely used. If I had to do it over again I would have bought the premium cross drilled and slotted with the posi quiet extended wear brake pads. I had to replace then because I got a vibration when i apply the brakes. I was using the above brakes and rotors for 42000 miles. The fronts were rusted on the outer rim of the rotor and if i had bought the premium rotors that would not have happened. The front brakes were 80% worn and needed replacing anyway. Other than that the brake were great until the vibration. The reason i said i would probably not buy them again is that i would suggest buying the premium cross drilled and slotted rotors and the extended wear brake pads and get more than what i got out of them. Save yourself some time and money and buy the Premium brakes you will be better off in the long run.

I purchased the Eline slotted/drilled rotors and posi quiet pads for my 98 SSBP-super sonic blue pearl Integra Gsr. Very rare color that my co worker recommended them & I love how they look.
I had the brembo blanks & pads for the front & hawk hps for rear & gave out terrible brake dust. Thats one of my pet peeves. Dirty wheels. I loved the price also. When I ordered my brakes, I ordered front & rear & front rotors/pads for my wifes 05 TL. This complete package for both cars were cheaper than ordering front rotors & pads at Acura. I just have to get the wife brakes.

The brake pads are exactly as OEM pads. The OE replacement brake rotors seems a bit more durable than the one on the vehicle. It has more veins inside the rotors, but is about the same weight. Overall good purchase. As for the rotors, I've noticed the difference in performance from OEMs.

Installed the E-Line slotted/drilled rotors and Posi-Quiet semi-metallic pads on my 98 Civic HX because the stock Honda rotors kept warping under average driving conditions. These R1 parts have been awesome. My Civic now has strong, positive brakes with no noise. They give me the driving confidence I previously didn't have with the OEM parts, and with the slotted and drilled rotors, I know my brakes will handle any hill I throw at it. I believe in R1's components enough that I just ordered the same parts for my parent's car. Good stuff, guys!

I was kind of skeptical at making this purchase at first, but then after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Putting them on was easy, testing them out was fun. They are quiet and keep the brake dust away. I do a lot of highway driving and have not seen any fade.

I bought these pads and roters to get ready for a club DE event. I had the rotors and pads on for two weeks before the event to let them break in. However, I had a few scary moments on the track as it took about three laps of heavy breaking for the brakes to finally seat. Once the brakes were seated (when they did seat there was a lot of brake smell) they started to grab and brake really nicely. Great brakes. I just wish that you didn't have to brake from 115 to 40 five times on a track form them to seat.

After some research on drilled and slotted rotors I decided that slotted only is the way to go. I gave R1 Concepts a try because they were well recommended on many forums and car sites. I have to say, I'm very please with my decision. The Eline slotted rotors I got are great. They came with a shinny silver coating which I believe is the zinc plating. They stop really well and they look pretty cool behind the alloy wheels. The Posi-Quiet semi-metallic pads are great as well. They somewhat dust less than the stock pads. But who cares about brake dust, you wash your car anyway. Most importantly, after nearly 8k miles, my brakes are still noise free.
