Hello, Just put on a set of E-line slotted and cross drilled front rotors and ceramic pads on girlfriends car. They work great and they're zinc plated to prevent rust.
Love the quality! so I am now ordering new E-line slotted and cross drilled rotors for the rear brakes
with ceramic pads. I knew this was a nice part when I ordered the parts. Very impressive!
I also ordered a set of premium discs for my Toyota. Will put them on at later date.
R1 Concepts is the only place I will buy my parts from now on! ***********************

Purchased the E line drilled nd slotted rotors front and rear about 3 years ago. 2 OEM brake jobs to 42k and poor stopping power had me look elsewhere to R1. Was a little concerned as my first purchase was on Ebay. Could not be happier...rotors are still near 100% and 79k miles-great value, better stopping power hauling an 8000 pound trailer. Buying my second set now in the Premimum line. Will continue to refer you! Thanks most of all fro the quality at best price.

this is the second time i have purchased the Eline slotted and cross drilled rotors for a car the first time was a 2000 Subaru Legacy GT Limited. I was completely satisfied with the rotors and pads and the performance they offered. I purchased the Eline slotted and cross drilled rotors and new drums for my 1989 Grand Marquis and i am very pleased with the performance and the WHOA factor that they have giving the car mind you its 4600lb car and it stops better then some smaller cars ive owned. Instead of a big brake kit because of 20 inch rims i am satisfied with the purchase of the Eline rotors and new drums. I will be buying a set of premium Eline slotted and cross drilled rotors for my 1994 Cobra which is used for road racing autocross and drag racing as well. Definitely improment over stock. With these brake components , the car stops stongly and smoothly, allows late braking into curve and show no sign of fade during braking from high speeds. I intend to put these on my 1985 Jag XJS and my 1980 Datsun 280ZX race car.

I purchased a full set of R1 cross drilled and slotted rotors front and rear for my Kia Sedona and love them!!. The OEM brakes on the Sedona and Entourage are....Um..... Well If you own one you know what I'm getting at.
At 18,000 miles the rotors were warped and front pads were only 20% left. Very loud when brakes applied. Now that I have had these new R1 rotors I have a greater stopping power and they look great too! I talked to Melvin and Kit but who ever you deal with I am sure you will be pleased with the products they offer.

I have a modded ZX5 Focus that is my Daily Driver/Show Car and I beat on it hard everyday. These brakes have outperformed many other brands such as KVR, Bembro and even killed the OEM Front Brakes as they died at 11,000KM. I stop on a dime in Rain, Slush, Snow, Mud and also from High Speeds on the Highway & Track Days. I refer everyone and anyone who needs brakes because the quality is there and the price is right!!

Love my rotors. I've tried other rotors before... decided to go with R1 due to their reputation and their Diamond Slots. Customer service was top notch, the sales rep on live chat answered all of my questions. Quality of the Eline looked great, only had some noise when I first had them on. I know its due to the brake pads and rotors breaking in. After that noise went away and I'm stopping like never before. I always used slotted only rotors but decided to give drilled and slotted a try and so far I'm very happy with the performance.

I put 42000 miles on the brakes and rotors. I just swapped them out for the PREMIUM cross drilled and slotted rotors. When I replaced the brakes and rotors for the premium ones i noticed that the rears looked like they were barely used. If I had to do it over again I would have bought the premium cross drilled and slotted with the posi quiet extended wear brake pads. I had to replace then because I got a vibration when i apply the brakes. I was using the above brakes and rotors for 42000 miles. The fronts were rusted on the outer rim of the rotor and if i had bought the premium rotors that would not have happened. The front brakes were 80% worn and needed replacing anyway. Other than that the brake were great until the vibration. The reason i said i would probably not buy them again is that i would suggest buying the premium cross drilled and slotted rotors and the extended wear brake pads and get more than what i got out of them. Save yourself some time and money and buy the Premium brakes you will be better off in the long run.

I purchased the Eline slotted/drilled rotors and posi quiet pads for my 98 SSBP-super sonic blue pearl Integra Gsr. Very rare color that my co worker recommended them & I love how they look.
I had the brembo blanks & pads for the front & hawk hps for rear & gave out terrible brake dust. Thats one of my pet peeves. Dirty wheels. I loved the price also. When I ordered my brakes, I ordered front & rear & front rotors/pads for my wifes 05 TL. This complete package for both cars were cheaper than ordering front rotors & pads at Acura. I just have to get the wife brakes.

I purchased the Eline drilled/slotted rotors w/ Axxis ULT pads a few years ago. Great stopping power! Only draw backs are the slightly more than normal brake dust (I read that the ULT are not 100% ceramic as are the Deluxe, but slotted rotors do create more dust) and a low biting/grinding noise under heavy breaking, but never had any squealing problems. The rotors are still in good condition with some slight wear but smooth. I was looking to replace my pads and will stick with the ULT's. The Deluxe's sound good with less dust and longer life but the smaller amount of stopping distance that the ULT's offer is what I bought them for. I looked at Hawks also but did not think the increase in price was justified. Bottom line, the ULT's kick up some extra dust and may wear the rotors slightly more than other pads but when you feel them grip and you stop just shy of an accident you'll be glad you have them!!!

I installed these in March of 2008, and need to start thinking about replacing the Hawk HPS pads with some new Hawk HPS pads. I think 2 1/2 years out of this setup, on a spirited daily driver is pretty darn good. The braking performance has been awesome. The price is right, and if it stays that way, I will always purchase my brake supplies from R1 Concepts. I have already referred my dad here, and he bought the same setup for his 2002 Mustang GT. Which he loves them. Now I'm persuading another SRT-4 owner to purchase his braking needs here as well. When you provide a good quality product at such an amazing price, I will always send business your way. Also wanted to point out that although I need new pads, the rotors are groove free, no warping, and no stress fractures.

These rotors were amazing at 1st when I originally had them installed but after a week and a half they trashed my ceramic brake pads and they damaged the hardware kit on my car so I had to replace the bake pads with new ceramic and a new hardware kit and the car stops just fine now, but it makes alot of grinding noise I have had several mechanic's and different auto shops check things out and they have no idea why I have the grinding noise. I'm told everything is functioning as it should but obviously something is a miss. I am truly disappointed with the way this has all turned out.

I purchased and installed the Axxis Ultimate / ELINE cross-drilled and slotted rotor combo from here only 5,500 miles ago and I have been quite disappointed. The pads have been quite good, but the ELINE rotors have warped so badly that I need to change them immediately. Please do not waste your money on the ELINE drilled/slotted rotors.

I recently bought my rotors and install them. That same day I had to take the highway to move from my city to a small town that is 98 miles away from here. The performance is incredible, the braking response surprised me and definitely is a difference from earth to heaven. I have ceramic bands and together they make a good combination. I definitely recommend these rotors for their excellent craftsmanship. I am grateful to R1 Concepts for making a good product at great price.

These disks provided a world of difference in stopping. Anyone who drives a Z32 knows that the stock brakes do not stop to well and warp way to easy. The Eline Drilled & Slotted rotors perform great for the size and cost. I just did a rotor brake check and I had only .0008 inch of warpage (I do drive my car hard and make the brakes work also). Wet braking is outstanding being in Alabama and the amount to moisture and rain we get you need some good brakes that do not slip when wet. I use the Axxis Ultimate brake pads and I still have 85-90% of brake pads left. They do take a few stops to reach optimum tempature but after that, they grab really nice. If you plan on stopping realy fast from 60-75mph to almost stopped (animal or accident), they do heat up and produce that hot brake smell, but still provide great stopping power.

Installed the E-Line slotted/drilled rotors and Posi-Quiet semi-metallic pads on my 98 Civic HX because the stock Honda rotors kept warping under average driving conditions. These R1 parts have been awesome. My Civic now has strong, positive brakes with no noise. They give me the driving confidence I previously didn't have with the OEM parts, and with the slotted and drilled rotors, I know my brakes will handle any hill I throw at it. I believe in R1's components enough that I just ordered the same parts for my parent's car. Good stuff, guys!

I was going to put a trailer brake controller in the X. I got these cause the stock ones needed replacement anyway. WOW!!! My stopping power was like going from a 1ton truck to a sports car. Amazing. We regularly tow 3,000lbs and I have not had to use a trailer brake controller; even when going down the mountains.

I purchases the Eline cross drilled and slotted rotors with the Posi quiet extended wear pads all around. At first, after installing the rotors and pad, braking was even worse then the stock oems. but after about 1000 miles on them they are better than ever. I guess they just needed to be broken in. They stop on a dime with no fade noise or dust now. I have driven in the rain with them and no signs of rust on them either. Would highly recommend these products. They look great and the price is un-beatable.
