Items purchased online can be shipped directly to your door or picked up from the R1 Concepts main office at 13140 Midway Pl, Cerritos, CA 90703.This section explains what you need to know about managing your order - delivery and pickup.
 
How It Starts

After you place an order, you will receive an email with your order information. The next emails you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items delivered or picked up. If you have ordered multiple items,you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Confirmation

The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, it will display the delivery address. For both delivery and pickup orders, you can click the order number to view your order details.

Shipping Notification

If you chose to have an item delivered, we'll send a shipping notification email when the item leaves our Southern California warehouse. This email includes the order number, order date, order summary, andshipping information.

You can enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to check the status of your shipment.

Pickup Notification

Once your items are available to be picked up, we'll send a pickup information email.

Pickup Reminder

Your items need to be picked up by the date indicated on your pickup information email, to avoid cancellation we'll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.

 
Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping only applies to residential and commercial addresses in the continental United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and APO). Free shipping also only applies to normal/standard shipping and does not cancel out the fee for 2-3 days, or overnight shipping.

Guaranteed Shipping Services

We use UPS to ship your package and where available, you can choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address,availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.

International Location UPS/USP

Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. UPS/USPS may ask to collect taxes/duties; please contact your local UPS/USPS office or local government for details. R1 concepts is not responsible for any tax or duty fees.

Shipping or Delivery Time

The "Ship" or "Delivery" time is an estimate of when the item will leave our Southern California warehouse. If an item displays a 1 business day delivery, then the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order.

We at R1 Concepts understand that a speedy delivery is of utmost importance and we are doing everything we can to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible. However, understandably, personalized/custom-configured and more popular items may have longer ship times.

In any case that we run low on product availability after confirming shipping and delivery times, then we will notify you by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Notification

For items getting shipped, if you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Don't worry, these aren't additional charges. Your order total remains the same. You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment.

 
Will Call Pickup

We’ll send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready to be picked up at our Southern California warehouse at 13140 Midway Pl, Cerritos, CA 90703. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.

To ensure that your order is available shortly after you arrive, feel free to contact our Brake Specialists at 888-712-6623 and make them aware that you are coming to pickup your items at a certain time. Simply check in with a Specialist when you get to our location.

Will Call Service Hours

For your convenience, please make sure to arrive within the available will call service hours which is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to ensure that you are able to pickup your items.

  1. Proceed to 13140 Midway Pl, Cerritos, CA 90703 and enter the front office.
  2. Wait for assistance. Check-in at the front desk and someone will be there to assist you shortly.. In circumstances that you arrive and no specialist comes to your service, feel free to ask the employees who come across you for some assistance.
  3. Order number ready. Present your Pickup Information email.
  4. Provide a valid ID. For order security purposes, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID.
