Customer Support Representative for Automotive Parts Manufacturer

R1 Concepts, Inc. – La Habra, CA

Automotive parts manufacturer and eCommerce retailer looking for a full time customer support representative to work in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate for this position should be customer oriented and have strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written skills.

Being an automotive enthusiast is definitely a plus!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer customer support phone calls, emails, and/or live chat via call center.

  • Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills

  • Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members


  • Working knowledge of automotive brake systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills

  • Conducts business in a professional manner

  • Intermediate computer skills with MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc)

  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative problem-solving skills

  • Must have atleast 2 years experience in customer service industry

Hourly Rate

·         $10 – $15 per hour
