We are now in 2008, but I must to tell you my daily grinder to work has yet to fail me.  I drive a white 2000 Honda Accord V6 to work every day, and I have put 120K miles on this car and it’s still running like a champ.  I have ran into a couple problems such as the transmission slipping on me, but after getting that fix, I have not encountered any other major problems.  Gas mileage is not too bad, and maintenance on this car is fairly cheap.  I can tell you with the abuse that I put on this car, no other car can actually last this long.

I remember when I was a kid waking up at 6am just to watch cartoons. I remember one of my favorite shows was, Transformers. How cool was cars transforming into machine robots. I also watched a show called Speed Racer. A kid teaming up with his fast, high tech car.

Bernie Mac, winner of countless awards and nominations for his role in “The Bernie Mac Show” is one of the best comedian that ever lived. His humor is often crude and can be offensive but there is a lot of truth in his acts. He also starred and guest starred in over 27 major Hollywood films.

Nowadays, Americans are so busy with their hectic schedule; they cannot find the time to take care of their own health. Majority of Americans do not have the time to make their own lunch and in some cases, dinner. This is the reason why fast food is so popular in the States. Most Americans rely on fast food restaurants to fuel their body needs for the day. Fast food is a perfect fit for their busy lives. The prices are fairly cheap, food is tasty and you can find a fast food restaurant at almost every corner.

Truthfully, we all know home cooking is always healthier then fast food but what Americans do not realize is exactly how unhealthy the fast food actually is. Most fast food chains do not have a nutrition fact label on their products, so I decided to list below some fat and calorie counts for a few popular fast foods and some of my favorites. (Keep in mind that the average body needs only 2000 calories a day)
